B2B eCommerce Manager

RNDC is expanding our eCommerce and Digital Transformation team to further support the launch of our B2B eCommerce platform, eRNDC, to our customers and sales reps. We could use your help to show our sales teams and customers how to use this platform to save time and grow sales!

The B2B eCommerce Manager role will be responsible for defining market/state level sales strategies and execution plans to drive field sales adoption and customer online sales growth.  The candidate will work closely with state executives and sales leadership to communicate eCommerce performance and new opportunities.


Lead eCommerce activation by providing actionable plans with clear directions to commercial field teams
·       Ensure state/market level plans are targeted to market specific needs (market dynamics, regulations, sales history, etc) by working in collaboration with eCommerce product team, peers, and sales leadership

·       Inform and provide strategic recommendations to market and regional executive teams on business growth opportunities derived from eCommerce insights

·       Become a master level expert on the features and capabilities available to a diverse set of customers and sales reps on our B2B eCommerce platform

·       Champion “Voice of Sales Rep” by consulting field sales and their customers to capture, synthesize and communicate feedback on eCommerce user experience and platform enhancement opportunities to the eCommerce product team

·       Support digital marketing campaigns and brand marketing strategies as they relate to eCommerce sales execution activities.

·       Analyze and Manage state/market level product and pricing availability online

·       Provide a high touch training and onboarding assistance to the sales and customer support teams to build their confidence in pitching the value of a B2B to their customers

·       Lead customer onboarding and initial training as needed to assist sales organization

·       Publish market level and region level eCommerce performance stats for business adoption (sales, sales rep training, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 or more years of relevant eCommerce, digital or sales/commercial work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, summarize results, determine best course of action and sell the recommendation
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all level of management on eCommerce opportunities
  • Be a an independent, and goal-oriented self-starter requiring minimal direct oversight
  • Strong analytical, leadership and verbal/written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

PREFERRED Qualifications

  • Former digital/e-commerce experience in CPG or similar consumer products industry
  • Sales Training and change management experience
  • Experience using Business Intelligence and Analytics tools (i.e. MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Advanced Excel)
  • Alcohol Beverage industry, product portfolio, state regulations and market dynamics

Travel:  Domestic Travel, up to 20%
