In depth market and customer research and engagement to enable the development and implementation of a product strategy focused on driving revenue, orders, and gross profit globally for the healthcare sensing business. You will lead the building of the foundation for the next generation of sensors for telemedicine and the chance to interact with sales and customers worldwide. This role requires both tactical and strategic mindsets to be able to find new business opportunities and drive them through the customer design journey to successful implementation and ultimately revenue. You will own the profit and loss for a portfolio of ~$25M with the chance to grow it toward the $1B healthcare sensing goal.
Conduct market and business research
Drive Voice of Customer (VoC) for roadmap
Develop new product initiatives for roadmap
Partner with sales and regional teams to identify new business opportunities
Own profit and loss and drive accountability for orders, GP, and VCM
YOU MUST HAVE
1+ year experience with medical products and customers
Driven mindset to get results without direct management oversight
Track record of release and managing broad portfolio of products
Ability to work with and influence teams globally
Experience with pricing tactics and techniques for maximizing profit and growth
Articulation of value proposition and differentiation for both existing and new products
Understanding of product rationalization and lifecycle management
