You are a Force Multiplier.  Work with global teams of Lean and SixSigma Centers of Excellence (COE) to elevate and sustain our culture of continuous improvement.  Your mission is to develop a high performing organization to impact the bottom line by scaling site level problem solving and lean deployment through your Lean Experts and Master Black Belts.  You will partner with Factory Automation teams to design the Factories of the Future.  Your organization will partner with functional and operations leaders to lead, train, and mentor all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework.  You will be measured on productivity improvement and the global scaling of HOS standard work (tools, methodologies, measurement standards, etc).  You will strategize with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Location – Core hub within the Americas

Key Responsibilities
Partner with multi-site/site leaders to ensure alignment of strategy & tactics for successful execution of performance improvement and sustainability; drives to execute focused Kaizen projects to increase site productivity, delivery and past due improvement to support business imperatives
Coordinate and prioritize required support for the region/product line/functional area or business group to ensure alignment with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and functional priorities
Manage the alignment and adherence to HOS standards across sites; enable and support leaders with HOS criteria and guidelines.
Deploy a Management Operating System (MOS) to validate site maturity and usage of the HOS methodologies and tools
Ensure planning, training, & continuous validation (PDCA) of Lean Leadership competency of HOS on Site
Support a site/region/business/SBU/SBE leadership Problem Solving mindset and capability.
Mentor, coach, guide, and direct regional HOS COEHOS Site leaders and HOS Process Leaders in driving the continuous evolution of the Lean tools, as well as to provide training and coaching of the HOS process.
Drive strategy deployment methodology with multi-site/site leaders.
Benchmark and leverage best practices from across Honeywell for results
This role will work closely with Site/multi-site, functional, and business Leaders to connect the operating system with the business imperatives, while driving breakthrough thinking.
Support transition activity across multiple sites to align with the Standard Transition Process.
Enable and support the learning of HOS tools and concepts to build capability across the site/multi-site leadership team(s).
Support the development and execution of an HOS learning strategy with the site/business/functional leadership teams.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
5+ years of Lean or Six Sigma experience required; Black Belt or Lean Expert training
5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics environment
5+ years as a leader of leaders

WE VALUE
Master degree preferred
Engineering discipline preferred
Lean Expert/BB Certification preferred
5+ years progressive leadership experience demonstrating strong business acumen and influencing stakeholder
Solid understanding of the end to end business processes from customer order to cash collection with experience in value stream mapping, lean methodologies, material planning, pull systems, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process
Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly
matrixed organization
Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments and in a global environment
Demonstrate strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, energize and motivate global teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present up to and including the Executive level.
Experience with Toyota Production System or similar operating system.
