Lead Product Manager, Color Kinetics

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers in developing and managing the global portfolio for Color Kinetics.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of product managers and product marketers across the world (11 product managers/product marketers in the US, Europe, and Asia)
• Guide the product management team to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle including maximizing profitability
  Portfolio ownership and translate business plans to define market product marketing strategies
• Implement the pricing strategy for Color Kinetics
• Promote cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in product management; MBA preferred
• Successful in achieving exceptional growth in international, complex, matrix organizations
• Has led a diverse, global team of experienced, independent contributors
• Deep customer focus and competitor orientation
• High degree of technical competence
• Change agent that supports organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development
