About Your Role 

In our Professional Services (PS) department, we are seeking individuals who are platform experts, self starters, organized and eager to help carry out the PS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda! Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology.

As a member of the Solution Architecture team, you are the QGenda expert and trusted advisor to the customer. Your goal is to use your in depth knowledge of the QGenda Provider Cloud platform and the industry to help customers accomplish their business objectives during the implementation phase of the customer journey. You will use your analytical skills to understand the needs of the customer and find solutions to help move their organization forward. Your primary objective will be to lead the requirements gathering component of a product’s implementation to ensure the optimal configuration is achieved. You will also be responsible for initial quality control by ensuring that the customer is configured according to best practices. In this prominent role on the Professional Services team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on each customer’s journey while simultaneously making an impact on the direction of QGenda products and services.

As a critical member of the Professional Services Team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor that helps to design and implement customer configurations during onboarding, ensures adoption through effective customer go live experiences and drives effective project team collaboration.  You will partner with other Professional Services teams in order to drive effective projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

Collect comprehensive and correct criteria from customers for QGenda product implementations at moderate levels of project complexity
Seek to understand the business goals and objectives of customers and determine how QGenda’s Provider Cloud can help accomplish those objectives
With supervision, consult customers on their existing workflows and best practices to ensure customers maximize the power of QGenda
Document customer criteria & configuration design in an easily digestible format
Ensure proper resource allocation and prioritization
Convey gathered information to the assigned Implementation Consultant or other build resources
Supply blueprints for the build and mentorship to less experienced ICs
Collaborate in the development of new standards and augment existing standards based on quality control learnings
Guide and support members of the PS team to help them develop understanding of configuration best practices
Build and maintain essential technical knowledge of QGenda, becoming a source of knowledge and expertise on new product features and available to train internally and externally on those features
Contribute to teams-specific goals, initiatives, or process improvements for the Solution Architect Team
Manage ongoing internal responsibilities, company initiatives, and professional development

Who You Are 

Has a foundational understanding of multiple QGenda products and medical specialties
Possesses specialized and advanced rule knowledge of a medical specialty and/or product.
Shows attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration. Understands and follows QGenda standards and processes
Demonstrates leadership by developing best practices, managing and improving processes, and mentoring other Professional Services team members
Able to have strategic conversations that build confidence with the customer
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrates creative problem solving capabilities
Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
Expertise at manipulating data in Google Suite Products or similar software

Experience You Bring 

Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or other technical degree preferred
Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and other industry events
3+ years of experience at QGenda or comparable technical/customer success/customer service at other SaaS companies.
SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
