About the role:
You’ll be the technical subject matter expert positioning both functionality and benefit of our software with prospective users of our products. Foster a “solution selling” experience with prospects, effecting a high rateofwins.

As a Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Demonstrate the software, aligning both functionality and benefit to host of users within a prospect company.
  • Design, configure and maintain the standard demo environment to be shared through the Sales Team.
  • Design, build and deliver demonstration training for Solution Consultants focused on primary engagements with prospects.
  • Support responses to RFP’s, namely with questions on product functionality and other technical considerations (environment, security, integration, etc.).
  • Act as technical support for prospect’s IT contacts, responding to various due diligence processes to effect sales
  • Liaison with Product Development Team on feature enhancement requests, from both a specific account perspective and the broader market demand.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Projectmates’ products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Work cross functionally with our Sales, Product Development, Customer Service and Marketing teams.
  • Training on best practices and research techniques and keeping up to date with industry knowledge.

 You have:

  • B.S. in Construction Project Management or related certifications
  • 2-3 years of knowledge and experience with Construction Project Management software and processes, typically as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
  • Experience using construction project management software such as Projectmates, Procore, e-Builder, Aurigo etc.
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Desire to grow within the company
