HCL seeks a Java Full-Stack Lead  for a full-time employment opportunity. This is a salaried position with benefits for HCL; it requires candidates should be open and willing to relocate to any area (with paid relocation assistance). No sponsorship available.

The ideal candidates should have a minimum 10 years minimum experience as a hands-on Lead with deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Javascript.
Must have skills / experience

Knowledge of Red Hat tools is a preferred
Good Presentation ability
Knowledge in design best practices as well as industry standards such as TDD, BDD, Design by Contract, Responsibility Driven Design, etc
Experience in at least one project as a full stack developer involved in all areas of application lifecycle from requirements to operations.
Ability to evaluate design approaches, consider technical feasibility, and prototype new technology enabled solutions
Highly experienced in building cloud-native, cloud-scale applications with microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and programming languages in short amount of time
Experience in deployment automation using any scripting language such as Unix shell scripting, Powershell, Terraform, Cloud formation etc.
Able to install and configure any software such as CI/CD tools (git, Jenkins, Artifactory, chef/puppet or other equivalents).
Working knowledge of container architecture, container frameworks such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Good understanding of operations architecture, log aggregation, performance monitoring, security monitoring etc.
Major contribution to any leading open-source projects will be a plus
