Project Manager

a.       Project Management – responsible for all aspects of the implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects

b.       Problem Solving – Solve problems with ability to perform root cause analysis

c.       Subject Matter Expert – Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team

d.       Communication – written and verbal – must be exceptional

e.       Expectation Setting – able to clearly articulate dates, risks, budget, tasks, etc. to internal and external stakeholders

f.        Ability to influence where there is no control – for example, the PMs work with a variety of internal and external resources that do not report to them

g.       knowledge of the development project lifecycle (e.g., design, development, testing, implementation, etc.)

h.       Extensive experience in meeting planning, facilitation, and public speaking

i.         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Project Management work experience may be substituted accompanied by high school diploma / GED.

j.         1-3 years of professional experience in a project management and/or relationship management consulting role.

k.       Exposure to bill payment processing, web development, and/or telephony experience a plus.
