Our learning and development experience is designed to prepare the consulting team and entire staff for their current roles and the next level of challenges. It is delivered through a combination of in-person (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings (e-learning and virtual classrooms).
Your responsibilities will include the event planning and preparation process for virtual-live and in person training programs for our consulting team
The key focus of the role will be to:be mainly responsible for organizing and running several of our training programs that will mainly take place within the NAMR timezone/region
collaborate with the operations team and faculty team to effectively produce training events for best learner experience
manage hotel facilities and meeting rooms, AV/IT requirements, accommodation as well as food & beverage. You will be planning dinners and social activities, and you are also coordinating and contracting with external providers and managing the invoicing processes.
be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure operationally the events run to an exceptionally high standard that are enjoyable and memorable for the learner.
prepare communication for participants and facilitators, as it relates to program logistics and information
work closely as a thought partner with the wider team, the faculty team and key stakeholders, to ensure the learner experience is valued and being delivered in the right way
engage and continue to review innovation and technology options to support current and future training delivery
be focused on operational excellence; looking to achieve the very best experience for our learners, our facilitators and our team
when required, hosting and producing virtual live sessions; engaging with learners and trainers, managing virtual meeting needs and supporting any learner needs in the moment
Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 + years of relevant work experience, preferred in HR, L&D or event management
A passion to add value and work in a fast-paced role and team
Experience in professional services and working with senior leaders
Strong operational focused work; able to handle new information quickly
Proven organizational skills, including ability to effectively manage and prioritize work, and
communicate these workplans to managers and teams
Proven confidence working in a virtual setting and managing virtual meeting tool
