Her visionary leadership and innovative approach resulted in multimillion-dollar cost savings, improved operational performance, and streamlined delivery structures using DevOps and Agile.

The Single Mothers’ Program is focused on providing underserved single mothers (making $35K or less), with the opportunity to focus and achieve a certification in Cybersecurity. After certification, Patti helps with placement in jobs making $60K – $75K with benefits. Likewise, the Career ConneXions Program is designed to help women with certification in Cybersecurity or Data Analytics get into the technology workforce and get placed in a job with career opportunities. Her goal is to work with WIT to place over 100 women a year in great roles, earning a meaningful salary.

In 2019, she established a scholarship called “Lessons from My Mother’s Purse”, to honor her late Mother. This scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who will pursue a technology degree in college.
Patti received the 2019 Ann Cramer Volunteer Award for her exemplary volunteerism in the technology community. She also received the 2019 TAG Sales Leadership Community Award.

Patti joined the WIT Board of Directors in 2017 and served in multiple leadership positions. In 2021, she joined the Advisory Council for Georgia Southern University Women in Leadership and the International Society of Female Professionals.


Manjula Ganta

Additionally, she lends her support to the American Heart Association as a Coach and has contributed as a Program Committee for ADP Women in Leadership Mentoring and involved with various other local non-profits.

With 28 years of IT experience, Missy has been a Fiserv employee since February 2006.  During that tenure she has served the company in a variety of Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Merger & Acquisition roles, as well as Portfolio Delivery positions within Fiserv Technology Services.   

Prior to joining Fiserv, Missy was a Senior Architect at Eli Lilly and Company, charged with designing drug discovery modeling systems. Before Lilly, Missy held Senior Engineering positions at TeamStaff, and Lead Programming positions at Lanier Worldwide. Missy is a 5-year veteran of the United States Air Force, designing and deploying Combat Intelligence Systems.    

Missy is a single parent to two teenage daughters, helping to manage the Duluth High School NJROTC program, and actively volunteering with the Duluth High Theater program.  Missy is also an active member of Women In Technology, promoting pathways into technology for women at all stages of their careers.  She resides in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with her daughters, dog, two antiquated cats, one terror of a kitten, and an occasional opossum named Bacon.

Recently named to the top 100 Women in Fintech by Fintech Magazine, Missy is also designated as an Expert Engineer at Fiserv, and holds a B.S in Computer Science from Saint Leo University.


 Jay Moran

Prior to Vistaprint, Jay capped his 15-year career at AOL as a VP & Distinguished Engineer. Jay has also worked for Perot Systems, Tenet Healthcare, and started his career in 1988 at Eastern Data, Inc. Growing up in North Carolina, living in Dallas, the DC Metro, and Boston; he, his wife, and their four kids (all 13 & under) now call Atlanta home. He is strong believer in the Oxford comma.


Windy Nicholson

Her team of experts also drives these processes for all acquired companies (over 80 since 2006) into the Salesforce family. By partnering closely with acquired teams, Corporate Development, Security, Engineering and Product, they work as a team to create the integration strategy with the best path to success for full integration. 

Before Salesforce, Windy led Technology Planning and Execution/PMO efforts at Equifax. As a leader for Global Consumer Solutions, she worked with Security and Legal on regulatory and compliance mandates while developing new products and features. She optimized and led M&A tech integrations for 8 global acquisitions totalling over $3 Billion. She has managed annual tech budgets over $80 Million, led Agile Transformations, coached executives and led global development teams across multiple countries. 

Windy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SCSU (HBCU), and a Master of Science in CIS from Missouri State University. Her certifications include a PMP, Certified Agile Leader and Google Cloud Digital Leader. Windy is a Google “IamRemarkable” facilitator, a published contributor and member of the Forbes Technology Council, ForbesWomen, ForbesBLK and a member of CHIEF, a network of women executive leaders. Her high energy contributes to her participation and requests to moderate and participate in panels, speaking engagements including keynote speeches, fireside chats and podcasts, professionally and personally.

She currently resides with her family in Roswell, GA.


Flore Saint Fleur
