Stefanie Block is a seasoned business professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial & technology field. Currently, she serves as the Head of Product Commercialization at Stax Payments, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s Product Marketing Strategy, including product enablement, and product launches. Prior to her current role, Stefanie worked as the Business Optimization Lead at Truist Financial., where she led a portion of the merger integration of the SunTrust Bank and BB&T Bank treasury services merger project. Before that, she worked as a Chief of Staff for the Business Banking Head of SunTrust Bank, where she gained experience in sales and operational risk execution of the business. Stefanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. She has a Graduate Certificate from the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking. Stefanie has served on several boards in the National Association of Women Business Owners, African American Chamber of Commerce, and Athena NexGen. Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys camping and volunteering at local Atlanta non-profit pet organizations, and spending time with her family. Patti’s dedication to improving the lives of young girls and women led to her involvement with such organizations as Women in Technology, TechBridge, Year Up, and the creation of Wine & Therapy – a gathering of over one hundred of Atlanta’s top female Executives. She previously served as the Board President for Women in Technology where she has assisted in the creation and supports new programs such as WIT Single Mothers Program, Board Readiness, WIT Career ConneXions.  In 2019, she established a scholarship called “Lessons from My Mother’s Purse”, to honor her late Mother.  This scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who will pursue a technology degree in college.”  Patti is a very connected leader in the community and an advocate for women building a strong network.  One of her favorite quotes is “your network is your professional net worth”.  She is a coach and mentor to many women wanting to build a strong network and advance in their careers.

Hayden Noriega is the GM and Partner of Microsoft’s Strategic Accounts for the South Enterprise Commercial business. His team supports these marquee customers in the US by helping them to deliver their digital transformation needs using Microsoft’s full suite of enterprise cloud offerings.

Hayden brings 25 years of sales and technology experience to Microsoft. His extensive experience includes working at enterprise software companies such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Silicon Valley start up MapR. He was the SVP of North American Sales and Operations at MapR and held various leadership positions, including Head of Retail for North America at Oracle. Hayden was also the Group Vice President of Enterprise Growth Accounts.

Hayden has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of North Texas. He resides in Atlanta, GA , with strong ties to Dallas, TX where he lived for over two decades and with that foundation is a huge supporter of all Dallas sports franchises.
