At WIT Connect, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to bid in our highly anticipated Executive Auction, earning valuable one-on-one time with decision-makers across multiple levels and functions within Atlanta’s top tech companies. This is your chance to engage with executives, senior leaders, and key influencers who drive innovation and strategy in their organizations. Whether you’re looking to gain insights or build partnerships, this auction is your gateway to building meaningful connections with the people shaping the future of technology.
This year’s Executive Auction teams include leaders from Clario, Clark Atlanta University, Cox Enterprises, Equifax, Graphic Packaging, Insight Global, Macy’s, National DCP, OneDigital, Southwire, Synovus, TK Elevator, and The Home Depot.
Please note, a transaction with the company is not guaranteed.
Bidding for the Executive Auction closes at 3:00 PM Eastern on Friday, May 2.
1. Who can participate in the Executive Auction?
To participate in the Executive Auction, you must have a ticket to WIT Connect or be part of a Bay Partnership. The auction is open exclusively to registered WIT Connect attendees.
Ticket purchases can be made through this link.
2. Do I need to purchase a bay at Topgolf to bid in the Executive Auction?
No. You do not need to purchase a reserved bay to bid. As long as you have a WIT Connect ticket and are registered to attend, you can participate in the Executive Auction.
3. How and when do I meet with the executive auction team if I’m the winning bidder??
Get ready for something special! This year’s Executive Auction winners will score a private, one-hour experience with a featured executive team—an exclusive opportunity to connect, learn, and build meaningful relationships beyond the event itself. Whether it’s a strategic meeting or a unique company experience, the winning bidders will enjoy quality time with top leaders from some of the most influential companies in tech.
Unlike last year, this experience will not occur during the WIT Connect event. Instead, it will be scheduled and coordinated later, giving you dedicated time with the team and free from the event-day hustle. Many of the executives will still be in attendance at WIT Connect, so you’ll have the added bonus of networking with them in person throughout the evening.
4. What if I win auctions on multiple executives or teams?
That’s amazing! You’ll be able to coordinate multiple post-event meetings. There’s no need to worry about logistics at WIT Connect since these meetings will take place outside the event on a mutually agreed-upon date.
5. When will the list of executives and companies be announced?
The final list of participating executives and company teams, including details about the experiences/packages, are posted on the WIT Connect portal. Check back often—companies are finalizing their details as we speak!
6. When does Executive Auction bidding open and close?
Bidding for the Executive Auction opens on Monday, April 28, and closes at 3:00 PM Eastern on Friday, May 2. You’ll be able to place bids through the WIT Connect portal.
Once you’ve purchased a ticket or reserved a bay, you’ll receive a link to the portal at the email address provided during registration.
7. How will I know if I won an Executive Auction package?
Winning bidders will be notified via email through the WIT Connect portal by 5/9. You’ll also receive instructions on how to schedule your post-event experience.
8. What kind of experiences can I expect with the executives?
Each executive or executive team offers a unique, curated experience designed to provide meaningful connection and insight. These may include coffee chats, lunch meetings, office visits, or other tailored small-group engagements.

9. Is there a minimum or starting bid for each executive experience?
Yes. Each package will include a starting bid of $1,500. These details will be visible in the WIT Connect portal when the auction opens.
10. How do I access the WIT Connect portal to bid?
All registered attendees will receive a link and login instructions via email to access the WIT Connect portal once it goes live. From there, you can view packages, place bids, and track your status throughout the auction.
11. Are the proceeds from the Executive Auction tax-deductible?
WIT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While a portion of your donation may be tax-deductible, please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance based on the value of the experience you receive.
