What you’ll be doing:
Assess incoming data and requirements for outcoming data and suggest optimal database technologies and data schema designs
Suggest techniques for mitigating data access contention
Contribute to breaking monolytic databases into smaller limited focus databases
Suggest, design, and be able to build data orchestration pipelines
Lead addressing potential needs for data warehouse solutions for storing data from the disparate databases
Contribute to the design of data access APIs
Create data models to support requirements from data analytics
Provide data-oriented quality testing techniques
Experienced with:

Various SQL and NoSQL database systems
Cloud-native data services
Database tracing, monitoring, and optimization tools
Data file storage systems (AWS S3, Azure Blob)
Effective collaboration with application development
