Serve as the Business Intelligence and EDW Business Analyst to gather and understand business requirements. Must have hands on capability to develop dashboards with Tableau to supports the design, development, and implementation of EDW Analytics solutions including business process analysis, core data architecture, and report design/development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide data and dimensions and develop view, report and dashboard with fast speed to show insight and drive actions, with Tableau, Power BI, EDW,
Gathering Business requirements that support the design, development, and rolling out business visual solutions for ISC, Finance, Commercial Excellence and other functions
Serve as the primary liaison to SPS and HON Business Functions and SPS and HON IT to deliver quick results using Agile methodology
Work in conjunction with Business Leaders and SMEs to gain business and technical insight in KPI definition, behaviors and processing dependencies.
Serve as delivery lead to build Tableau Visualization dashboard/reports (establish the graphical visualization strategy for each KPI) in quick iterations to seek timely feedback and make changes to deliver expected outcomes in the most efficient manner. UX Mock/wireframe design are also required
Document and prepare business requirements documents (BRDs) that will include business definition of KPI (document the logic driving business KPI and metrics calculations)) and visualization insights (i.e., wireframes)
Define, in conjunction, with Business SMEs, data validation criteria and use cases for user acceptance testing
Organize, in conjunction, with the PO, UX Design Demo’s, and User Acceptance testing
Conduct/Contribute to design overviews/training to Business SMEs/users
Assumes ownership of the Product Enhancement Backlog, vetting requirements given by Product Owner / Product Manager
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap
Develop the adoption metrics and track it.
Develop business cases and align with CFOs and track benefits.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, MIS
7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Intelligence
2 years of advanced SQL
3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI
3 years hand on experience in SAP/Oracle ERP
3 years’ experience communication skills (verbal and written) and capable of interacting with stakeholders.
2 years of passion on diving into the data and high standards on ensuring data integrity, and the desire to identify the data discrepancies and find the root causes.

WE VALUE

Hands on in data modeling tools –Tableau, Power BI preferred.
Functional Business knowledge in Consumer Product Companies in either Finance, Procurement-Payables, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Orders, CRM
Strong ability of analyzing and mapping Business Process and KPI definitions.
Strong ability in understanding the data flow.
Understanding of database architecture and database development.
SAP ECC Modules/Domain Experience
SAP HANA system & data integration experience (strongly desired).
Business Analysis experience working with Relational, OLAP, or Data Warehouse platforms (Snowflake, SAP BW, Hyperion, Oracle, SQL Sever)
Recent experience working in a project management or business analyst role on data or analytics related projects.
