Know Before You Go

Finalist Check-In

Upon arrival, all finalists can enter through the Gate 1 Entry. There will be directional signage and WIT volunteers to direct you. The finalists’ registration table will be to your right inside Gate 1. You and your guests will receive your badges and other finalist items at check-in.

Please arrive at 5PM; finalists’ photos will begin at 5:10PM, and we don’t want you to miss it.

ORANGE DECK

The Orange Deck has been reserved for VIP attendees only. WIT has reserved enough spaces to accommodate all VIP guests.

Directions to lot:

For directional assistance please be sure to download and use Waze for turn-by-turn directions. Only Waze is recommended (do not use other GPS tools such as Google or Apple maps). Type “295 Andrew Young International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30303” into Waze and select “Orange Deck on Andrew Young International Blvd NW” for accurate directions.

Please use the entrance located off Andrew Young International Blvd. past Silver & Red Deck. Show the parking attendant your parking pass and let them know you are attending the Women In Technology Event. Take the elevator to Level 3 and head towards the Gate 1 Entrance

Signs in the elevators and at the escalator will direct you to the event entrance.

For easiest drop-off and pick-up, please use Gate 2 across from GA International Plaza. Take the escalators going down towards the Gate 1 entrance

Mercedes Benz Guest Services Staff and WIT Volunteers will be on-site to guide you to the event entrance.

Be prepared to show this pass to the parking attendant upon entry into the garage. Print in advance or show via phone.
 

If you plan to wear a thin heel to the event, we recommend ordering heel covers to protect your shoes from sinking into the turf field at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Heel covers, or heel protectors, can be purchased from Amazon and other shoe retailers. WIT will have a limited supply available at the event, but we encourage you to purchase yours in advance!

MERCEDES BENZ SECURITY PRECAUTIONS PROVIDED BY MERCEDES BENZ STADIUM:

“The Mercedes Benz Stadium will be performing security checks through our Evolve Machines. These machines detect concealed weapons and other threats utilizing artificial intelligence. If anything flags, the attendees will be pulled aside to check and confirm they are clear before entrance. We will also be performing bag checks on all bags.”

In addition, only small bags or purses will be allowed.

*Please note, if you or a guest is under the age of 21, Mercedes-Benz staff will check IDs as a matter of their policy.
