On September 26th, despite the rainy weather, the Women In Technology (WIT) community came together for a fantastic Career Fair filled with networking, learning, and opportunities for growth. We are thrilled to share some of the highlights from this inspiring event!

A Day of Connections and Career Advancement

The WIT Career Fair showcased a remarkable lineup of activities designed to empower job seekers and highlight some of the best companies in the industry. Here’s a look at the incredible results:

• 70+ Resumes Reviewed: Our partners from Tier4 Group provided valuable insights by reviewing over 70 resumes. This personalized feedback helped participants refine their applications and present their best selves to potential employers.
• 25+ Mock Interviews: Volunteers provided by Brooksource and Cisco conducted more than 25 mock interviews, allowing attendees to practice their interviewing skills in a supportive environment. Participants walked away with enhanced confidence and practical tips for future interviews.
• 14 Participating Companies: We were honored to host representatives from 14 leading companies, including:
