Volunteer School Club Relationship Manager: WIT Girls

The WIT School Club Relationship Manager establishes and supports WIT Girls Clubs at partner schools, fostering strong relationships with faculty, administrators, and club presidents. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to WIT agreements, promoting events and programs, monitoring club progress, and collaborating with volunteers and the marketing team to highlight achievements. Regular updates are provided to leadership, and participation in team meetings ensures alignment with program goals.
Requirements:
- Must be a WIT Member
- Must demonstrate a passion for WITs mission with experience as a STEM professional or higher education program
- Must reside in Georgia with strong ethics, great communication skills, solid collaboration skills and be very organized
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establishes WIT-specific contract with partner schools and helps gets clubs started and thriving at new school clubs
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with each clubs faculty/administrators and club presidents
- Collaborates with Volunteer Program Chairs to generate attendance for Girls programs/events
- Advocates for WIT Girls programs/events/activities at partner schools ensuring club presidents take a lead to share WIT Girls offerings throughout the year
- Performs routine assessments of partner schools monitoring adherence to club charter
- Catalogs all club charters on WIT’s designated Google Drive
- Joins & participates in the scheduled WIT Girls team meetings
- Works with WIT Mktg team to highlight any schools/students for accomplishments as a student club
- Provides Volunteer Director and WIT Program leader w/ frequent updates
