Senior Business Analyst Vendor Governance

At The Coca-Cola Company, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Vendor Governance team. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the systems and processes related to Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”). The position will reside within the Technology Services organization and reports to the Vendor Governance Director.
We are seeking someone with experience in the following areas:
- Management of an established CLM program
- Deep collaboration with various stakeholders in Legal, Procurement and Technology teams
- Program planning and implementation
- Multicultural/Global teaming
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities (Top 5-8 core responsibilities)
Maintain training documentation and training support for a global audience of CLM system users Provide hands-on user support of CLM tool Proactively address emerging issues, i.e. identify and resolve emerging user problems, correct template tagging issues, etc. Lead cross functional efforts to identify and implement CLM process improvements Function as business system administrator of CLM tool Manage senior executive contract signing routines Work with technical teams to coordinate and test CLM tool enhancement releases Document requirements and onboard Global Operating Units and Functions to the CLM Tool
Additional Responsibilities Include
Train and mentor associates new to CLM
Identify and suggest new processes and process improvements
Work closely with Legal Function to align CLM Processes with Legal digitization efforts
Develop reports and dashboards for constituent user groups
Functional Skills/Requirements
Contract Lifecyle Management Experience
Experience working with geographically dispersed internal and external teams
Proven experience defining metrics for success and using those metrics to drive recommendations
Demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally to deliver products/services
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills – can build relationships and lead and influence across a large, highly networked organization

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in appropriate filed
5 to 10 years’ work experience in information technology operations, systems management, and/or related field
5+ years’ of CLM or Contract Management experience
Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint/visualization skills
Prior Procurement or Vendor Governance experience is preferred
Certified Scrum Master is a plus
Experience with Conga Contracts (formerly Apttus) products is preferred
