In supporting overall Company growth and objectives, reporting to the DSS Dir Performance Mgmt Operations, this position will play an integral/key role in project planning, roll-out, operational support and consistency across DSS Performance Management. With their focus set on “one client experience” the incumbent will lead projects of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of a variety of factors based on client and department needs, efficiencies and priorities, in order to achieve expected business outcomes including retaining client revenue and satisfaction. Communicates with contacts across multiple business units and functions to gain insight and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive project completion.

The incumbent of this role may oversee multiple large complex project initiatives of strategic importance to DSS Performance Management client-facing teams and will be responsible for solving a wide arrange of issues in creative ways.

Qualifications:
Minimum:

Product Management, MIS, CIS, Marketing, Engineering, or Business major
Good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
10-week internship commitment -fully remote
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize information quickly at a high level and makes decisions in ambiguous situations
Ability to pay strong attention to detail, and collaborate and function effectively in a team environment and independently on complex problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, curiosity, and hunger to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee or asylee and will not need sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred:

Experience with application lifecycle methodologies (e.g. agile, iterative)
Ability to generate effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
Ability to invite dialogue to gain an exchanged views and influences with confidence to drive performance and achieve business results
Demonstrates an understanding of how key financial and quantitative indicators impact the business
