WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our Global Services (GS) Recruiting team supports our Global functions. This role will lead recruiting-related candidate data management, analysis, and modelling for our global functions and across one or more key data topic areas. Initially, you will be working on a global project, you will be a crucial contributor to our global recruiting transformation efforts in leading the ownership and data of our critical people impact model, through smooth recruiting reporting solutions, data integrity, and ensuring we deliver to our change business case.

 

Among your responsibilities, you will:

Work in the recruiting project to realize its mission
Advancing the work of the technical and functional project team based on items in the backlog and priorities set by the stakeholders and the technical needs
Sharing expertise with technical and functional project members and working cross-functionally to advance the work of the technical and functional project team
Helping to develop a reusable integration architecture, that will help accelerate the organization.
Maintaining best-in-class expertise and resources to deliver the right knowledge and skills across BCG (Boston Consulting Group)
Staying abreast of relevant developments and innovations in the domain area, both internally and externally
Maintaining your own technical knowledge through learning and continuous improvement
Work closely with teams across the organization, helping them with the solution and offering advice.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

7+ plus years of hands-on development experience on Mule ESB / AnyPoint Studio with Java J2EE development
Experience in end-to-end implementation & deployment of a mule platform (at least in 2 different enterprises).
Experience working with SaaS connectors like (Mulesoft, Any recruiting SaaS Solution, and Snowflake)
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
Good understanding of different API types: Private / Public APIs, B2B API / B2C API, Web APIs, Experience APIs, etc, and able to identify based on use cases.
Experience in implementing API security and logging policies.
Experience in setting up API caching strategy.
Experience in setting up & operationalizing API monitoring, and analytics on key metrics / SLAs (Service Level Agreement) (should be able to define the metrics & SLAs).
Ability to design solutions with a mix of legacy (on-prem) and modern cloud-based architectures.
Experience/knowledge of emerging API standards & technologies like GraphQL, and Web Sockets API.
Extensive development experience on SOAP/Restful Web services
Development of integrations and APIs using enterprise integration patterns and frameworks
Experience with REST and SOAP web services, OpenAPI 3.0 and use of connectors for integration

YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be a member of the Digital Technology team for recruiting IT systems, a core team of passionate individuals whose mission is BCG.com and several supporting digital platforms and services. The Digital Technology team for recruiting IT and our Recruiting Programs and the Business Intelligence (BI) teams form a larger Recruiting Technologies group at BCG. The IT Lead Developer is responsible for collaborating with teammates, Global Recruiting, local recruiting teams, other IT teams, and external vendors.
