During this event, you will shadow one department of EarthLink and learn all about what they do day-to-day. Then create a project with your group on everything you learned about these STEAM fields!
Marketing: Are you looking for something creative? Do you love designing, working with graphic design software, or working with websites? This team is where you’ll dive into social media campaigns, web design, graphic & brand marketing.
Chat & Digital Automation: See behind the scenes of how chatbots are created, when and how chatbots are beneficial, and managing the operations for chat centers.
Sales: You’ll explore all of what it takes to run sales operations for a voice center. From monitoring and reviewing calls, sales strategies, reporting, and analyzing the sales data.
BI Reporting: Get hands on experience when it comes to business intelligence. If you love excel, building reports, and want a better understanding the technology used in this area, come spend the day with our BI team!
Training: Do you have a passion for creating content that will be meaning to a business? This is a great opportunity to see how training material is crafted and put into training modules.
