The Enterprise Transformation Office works closely with Executive Leaders and their direct leadership teams across all LOBs at Truist, leading end-to-end transformational initiatives that help drive the business forward.

Within the Enterprise Transformation Office, the Strategic Prioritization and Transformation Initiatives Team provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations which help identify top-priority initiatives.

Consisting of highly motivated, intellectually curious, and results driven professionals, this team plays a key role in driving initiatives that shape the future of Truist, from strategic ideation, to solutioning and execution.

This team adds value by providing actionable recommendations that align with our long-term strategy, while simultaneously engaging Executive Leaders and key stakeholders to ensure we successfully execute on our top business priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.

Support the development and execution of key transformation focus areas and initiatives for the Truist enterprise, working in conjunction with the transformation initiatives / strategic prioritization leads.
Inform businesses and enterprise capabilities requiring transformation (including the why and how transformation might be required) by leading analysis (e.g., data analysis, reviewing processes, researching industry or competitor trends / benchmarks, building Excel-based models, etc.)
Perform ad-hoc analytics independently (including identifying required information/data sources, interpreting the data etc.)and distill findings into actionable insights that inform key strategic recommendations/ business decisions
Prepare and present findings in the form of verbal, slide, or email updates to leaders and stakeholders across Truist (e.g., oftentimes at senior levels within the organization)
Clearly articulate recommendations, tradeoffs, and/or strategic choices with rationale around why conclusions are being made through executive level content creation (including supporting Board materials when necessary)
Collaborate across the enterprise by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key partners

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar business/analytical discipline.
5+ years of work experience preferably with a bulk of it within Financial Services or another regulated / multiple legal entity type environment.
Work experience in a financial services product or client experience organization, at a consulting firm, and/or a corporate strategy organization.
Proven ability to perform competitive, market, and internal product/operational analyses; comfort modeling or synthesizing ‘directional’ insights that sometimes requires triangulation of various data points to derive a conclusion.
Experience with Tableau, PPT, Excel and other presentation and data automation programs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience engaging and working around executive leaders – including engaging with senior leaders somewhat independently once a relationship is built
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
