Teamcenter Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Work with Program leadership from different functions (EOPS, GBEs, Center IT) to understand PLM application landscape, architecture, existing & upcoming GDM Capabilities, release plan (major/minor) and coordinate in defining the high-level roadmap for Teamcenter customization, migration, integration needs for SPS GBEs in Honeywell
Ensure tracking of requirements, issues, key asks for GDM Capabilities from business and help business in setting right expectations of in-scope/out-scope process
Responsible for developing business specific training materials and managing end user training in coordination with Business, EOPS & Center-IT Team
Assist in laying out existing process and To-Be business process in synchronization with functional groups and engineering collaboration
Remain up to date with newer improvements of Siemens software and its use; Onsite (potentially) & Offshore coordination
YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in PLM strategy, design, deployment, integration, migration and support
1+ years of experience in Agile and DevOps Methodologies

Excellent PLM Knowledge: Workflows, Part & BOM Management, Document Management, AMPL, Product Compliance, Supplier Collaboration, Engineering Change Process, ERP Integration, Configure to Order Products Management
Excellent product delivery experience interfacing with sponsors, stakeholders, process owners, and users at multiple levels in company.
Project Management Experience (PMP, Prince2, Agile ScrumMaster Preferred)
Understanding of PLM architecture, Data Model and Vault handling
Knowledge of CAD systems and integration with PLM
Experience in product and engineering processes related to PLM Solution set
Basic problem-solving skills, Application issues, Root cause analysis
Working knowledge or ERP especially where PLM integrations are needed
Excellent exposure to real time customer environments, analyzing the business requirements, customization & implementation of PLM product
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively capturing and communicating technical information at all levels
