.Net Lead

HCL seeks a .Net Lead for a full-time employment opportunity in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a salaried position with benefits for HCL; it requires candidates already local to the North Carolina area or those willing to relocate to that area (with paid relocation assistance). No sponsorship available.

The ideal candidates should have a minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in .NET, Reactjs, C#, and SQL including complex stored procedures.

Must have skills / experience

Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of .Net and .Net Core, C# .NET, ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET Web API, ReactJS, WCF etc.
Hands-on experience in client side scripting tools JQuery, JavaScript etc.
Experience on Azure Cloud Services such as Azure SQL, Logic App, Azure data factory etc.
Experience in design documentation using UML tools and applying reusability as a principle
Design software systems using Microsoft technologies and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements
Experience in trouble shooting critical business issues using tools such debugging, profiling etc.
Mentor technical team and coordinate with various LOBs to analyze architectural and technical requirements
Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders (Product Owners and Architects) and project team
Hands on experience in Oracle and SQL databases
Experience in Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns
Review technical deliverables for compliance to defined process
