About Role:

HCL seeks a Salesforce Architect for a full-time employment opportunity in the San Antonio, TX area. This is a salaried position with benefits for HCL; it requires candidates already local to the Texas area or those willing to relocate to that area (with paid relocation assistance). No sponsorship available.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience with Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, or force.com) application and technical design
Role and Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years Salesforce.com (SFDC) consulting implementation experience as a Senior Technical lead/architect.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing APEX, VF & Lightning LWC components.
Minimum one large scale Lightning Community Build experience with FSL
Provide SFDC Lightning expertise to help clients build modern platforms on Salesforce Communities using Lightning Web Components.
Help development team in building/implementing LWC Components
Lead the implementation around Salesforce Service Cloud (Knowledgebase, CTI integration, Live Chat, Chatbots, Einstein NBA, Prediction builder, Agent Console) and Field Service Lightning
Should have solid background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns) & programming languages like Java, Java Script, Apex, HTML, Lightning Web Components etc.
Agile and Iterative experience
Help team create/implement Service Cloud, FSL & components as needed.

Conduct research on best practices and industry/functional trends to understand how to use delivered platform functionality.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to review business requirement, assist in fit/gap analysis and provide detailed technical design documentation.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and interfaces using APIs
Provide documentation (Data Mapping, Technical Solution Design Specifications, data dictionaries, data model, etc.) for projects involved
Maintain different Salesforce CRM environments, help deploy solutions from Dev to Test to Production.
Interact with global teams across geographies & time zone to get the work done. Review code, standards and governance

Must have at a minimum these certifications to qualify:
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer , Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified FSL Consultant
