ZsaVette Eze
ZsaVette Eze is a visionary technology executive and the Vice President of Technology at Synchrony Financial. With over 20 years of experience spanning FinTech, cloud transformation, and digital innovation, she leads major initiatives in partnership with Amazon, including the launch of Amazon Pay Later. A 2024 CEO Award winner, ZsaVette is known for her strategic leadership, technical fluency, and inclusive approach to product development.
Tech Expertise – ZsaVette’s expertise spans cloud architecture, financial services platforms, secure API development, agile transformation, and ethical AI. She is passionate about building inclusive solutions that scale and adapt across regulatory, product, and customer landscapes.
Tech & Leadership Journey – ZsaVette’s career began in research and technology in the FinTech sector, where she played a pivotal role in developing the first “Pay by Check” button for eBay—powered by CheckFree. This innovation was one of the earliest examples of digital payment modernization and laid the foundation for the scalable financial technology platforms we know today. She earned her PMP over 15 years ago, became Agile certified, and earned AWS Cloud certification in 2020. Along the way, she mastered API development, led CI/CD transformations, and managed globally distributed dev teams. Today, she blends technology, law, and ethics to shape AI’s responsible future.

Manjula Ganta
Manjula Ganta is a transformational technology leader with over 25 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), leading global software engineering teams and building enterprise-scale HCM solutions. As a Senior Director of Product Development at ADP, Manjula oversees strategic initiatives for ADP’s National Accounts business, managing cross-functional teams across the U.S., India, and Brazil. Her work spans payroll modernization, HR unification, and platform consolidation—delivering unified, cloud-based experiences for clients with 1,000+ employees.
Manjula joined ADP in 2011 and has since held several leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Initiatives where she led programs in Robotic Process Automation, data analytics, and internal tool enablement. Before ADP, she worked as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, implementing HCM solutions for major companies including General Electric, where she helped define standards for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time, and Pension modules.
Her leadership extends beyond technology. Manjula’s drive to uplift others is rooted in her personal story and fueled by her mother’s passion for education. Today, she continues to inspire by mentoring the next generation of women in tech and fostering diverse, inclusive teams at ADP. Passionate about giving back, Manjula serves as the Volunteer Program Director for the Single Mothers’ Program at Women In Technology (WIT), helping women build careers in tech through mentorship and community support. She’s also actively involved with the American Heart Association, Special Olympics of Georgia, and Black Girls Code.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA in Finance. Based in Alpharetta, GA, Manjula lives in Suwanee with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.

Francine Marquis
Francine Marquis, a first-generation Haitian-American, is a tech catalyst and entrepreneur
driven by a mission to “make this world operate better.” Her journey, rooted in a legacy of
boldness and revolutionary spirit, began in Philadelphia and flourished at Hampton University,
where she juggled being a scholar, work study and enrolled in numerous leadership roles
receiving numerous accolades.
At Hampton University, Francine was a 5-year MBA major with a Leadership Studies minor and
served many roles including Vice President of Quintessence 9, President William R. Harvey
Presidential Fellow, Student Support Services (S3), Greer Dawson Wilson Student Leadership
Program, Leaders Educating and Developing ( L.E.A.D), and was recognized for Who’s Who
Among Students In American Colleges and Universities. Francine managed to graduate early
and earned the recognition as magna cum Laude in December 2015 and continued her journey
completing her MBA in 2017 at Hampton University (JTG) School of Business.
Francine’s early career showcased her passion for innovation and leadership, with internships at
top companies like KPMG, AXELE Digital Consulting Intern (Shanghai, China) and The Home
Depot, culminating in a coveted role at Google. Overcoming imposter syndrome, she found her
voice and spearheaded impactful business initiatives, championing diversity and inclusion in
product development.
At Google, Francine focuses on driving and influencing business critical initiatives across Cloud
AI initiatives. She has worked on major product launches impacting over 30K+ Cloud Googlers
and how we gather more frequent data on our culture evolution and amplify Cloud Googlers’
voices/ideas to spearheading the launch and execution of Cloud AI’s Trusted Tester Program
(TTP), exceeding initial projections by 10x, building an engaged community of 5,000+
customers/partners and ~5,500 Googlers via internal fishfooding.
Inside of her core role, Francine is the lead for Google Haiti, a platform that allows Google to
engage in Haiti’s startup ecosystem. She also contributes to the Black Googler Network and
wellness groups. Lastly, Francine loves facilitating workshops for teams, students and leaders.
These workshops include: #IAmRemarkable, Emotional Intelligence workshop, Design Thinking
and more.
Beyond her tech prowess, Francine has created a thriving community empowering corporate
professionals to build wealth, businesses, and meaningful careers. She’s a vocal advocate for
representation in tech, inspiring others to find their voice and make a difference. In addition,
Francine leads monthly AI workshops to educate users on leveraging AI for their businesses
and provide frameworks for responsible AI adoption, introduce small businesses to our AI tools,
and empower them to solve problems innovatively. Francine is passionate about connecting
with customers and making Cloud AI products, including Gemini, accessible and advantageous
for users.
Outside of her core work & dedication to her community, Francine runs her own events
production (www.eventdesignbar.com) and now agency where she focuses on building
memorable & educational celebrations for communities including small businesses to
enterprises.
Francine Marquis is more than a tech leader; she’s a mentor, community builder, and an
inspiration for aspiring professionals, proving that with passion and perseverance, anyone can
achieve their dreams and make a lasting impact on the world. With Philly grit and the
