Heather Rocker

WIT CEO & first executive director

Heather Rocker has spent her career helping organizations and teams turn mission into impact. As WIT’s executive director from 2007–2011, she helped establish WIT as a leader in Atlanta’s tech community, developing programs to support women and girls at every stage of their career journeys.

After a decade in leadership roles in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds, Heather returned to WIT in 2023, full of ideas for how to sharpen our mission, grow our community, and make a meaningful impact for more women and girls in tech.
