On Your Terms: Designing the Career You Actually Want

This WIT Technology Uncorked session closes the year by asking mid-career women in technology to look forward with both honesty and ambition. Through candid conversation with senior women who have led on their own terms, participants will explore:
- What it looks like to design a career with intention rather than waiting to be chosen
- The decisions, risks, and trade-offs that define a path a built on purpose
- How to lead from where you are towards what you want to build next
- What becomes possible when you stop advancing by default and start deciding by design
The evening moves from panel conversation to guided small-group discussion, where participants translate what they hear into a concrete statement of what they are building and a first step to take.
