ZsaVette Eze — Vice President of Technology, Synchrony Financial | Winner

ZsaVette’s journey in technology spans more than 15 years across fintech, cloud, and enterprise transformation. Her career has been defined by bold leadership, strategic innovation, and a commitment to advancing equity in tech.

One of her proudest milestones came while leading the launch and operational scale of Amazon Pay Later at Synchrony Financial. As the single-threaded owner of this complex initiative, she aligned technology, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer experience across two Fortune 100 companies. She navigated critical challenges—resolving latency and funding issues, implementing an incident response framework, and guiding executive communications—resulting in a product that supported $967M in net earnings and exceeded EPS expectations by nearly 40%.

Since joining Synchrony two years ago as an AVP, ZsaVette earned the CEO Award within her first year and was promoted to Vice President in her second. She has grown into a cross-functional leader, steering multi-disciplinary teams, navigating ambiguity, and earning trust at the senior-executive level. Beyond her achievements, she is committed to lifting up others, serving on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association Atlanta, directing WIT Campus to support early-career tech talent, and engaging with organizations such as the Golf Women Mean Business and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women.

Manjula Ganta — Senior Director of Product Development, ADP | Finalist

Manjula’s career in technology spans 25 years in Human Capital Management (HCM), blending technical expertise, product leadership, and strategic vision. At ADP, she leads technology teams managing HR, Payroll, Talent, and Portal products across a $500M portfolio, driving innovation and operational efficiency for thousands of clients.

Her journey reflects a commitment to impactful change. Recently, she led a large-scale digital transformation of ADP’s Payroll product, moving from a legacy on-premise system to a streamlined cloud-based solution. This initiative supported over 600 clients, reduced more than 44,000 payroll service requests, and generated $8.6M in cost savings. She also spearheaded the rollout of a Client Success Management platform, integrating 12+ internal systems, unifying 2,500+ associates under one workflow, and delivering $3.5M in projected savings.

Manjula’s leadership goes beyond technology. She introduced design thinking to encourage rapid prototyping and “fail-fast” learning, fostering innovation within her teams while guiding clients toward more agile, collaborative solutions. Her contributions earned her the ADP President’s Award in both 2023 and 2024.

Francine Marquis — AI Program Manager, Google Cloud | Finalist

Francine is revolutionizing AI accessibility while creating opportunities for underrepresented communities. A first-generation Haitian-American, she architected Google Cloud AI’s Trusted Tester Program, expanding it from an internal pilot to a 5,000+ customer ecosystem, exceeding projections by 10x in just 1.5 years.

This transformation fundamentally changed how Google develops AI products. By creating feedback loops connecting customer insights to product development, Francine ensured inclusive, real-world AI use cases influenced Gemini and other AI offerings. The program’s success demonstrated how diverse voices can shape scalable, high-impact technology.

Beyond Google, Francine leads monthly AI workshops, helping small businesses access and leverage AI tools, building wealth-generating communities, and advocating for representation in tech. Her work bridges Silicon Valley innovation and Caribbean entrepreneurship, reflecting a commitment to inclusion and social impact alongside technical achievement.
