We partner with companies to develop customized recruiting programs to meet your needs and the needs of the women looking for careers. We work with Emory University to provide hands on technology experience in the most sought-after technology areas, so our graduates are ready to begin a career in an entry level technology position with your company. WIT is developing the technology pipeline of women talent.

Each women that completes the technology training track will receive an Emory Certification and we will work with you to find the right place for them in your company.
