Why did you start volunteering with WIT? I’ve been in technology for 26 years. Initially, I was one of few women in technology. Now, I’m proud to be one of many. I want to continue to encourage, empower and support women and girls to pursue careers in technology.

What do you find most rewarding about volunteering with WIT? I had the opportunity to meet so many amazing women with similar interests and career paths. The support they gave me and others was truly inspiring.

What is your favorite program/event within WIT? WIT Connect and WIT Awards (so far)

What would you like to share that people do not know? I received my degree in Business, with the intent of going into fashion; however, I accepted an opportunity in technology and never looked back.

What is the best place you have traveled? I love the beach; my favorite vacation was to Hawaii.

What is your favorite place to eat? Rumi’s Kitchen (Avalon)

What is your favorite quote? Change is a temporary transition to your new comfort zone.
