Over the course of 6-months, you will meet with a peer group facilitated by professional coach, Pam Woehrle. Pam brings more than 30 years of experience as a business executive to the table. She is an expert in personalities and leadership styles. Has empathy for the pressure that you’re up against to be decisive and influential, and has a genuine passion for the professional development of high potential women. Women like you.
This program aims to support and help YoPros navigate and accelerate their career journey. Topics of discussion will include: Imposter Syndrome, Values & Authenticity-Building Your Brand, Conflict Management, Leadership Through Influence, and several more.
If selected, you will be required to commit to monthly 2-hour virtual meetings for 6 months.
*Meeting times will be determined based on what is selected by the majority within the application
The cost of the program is $75/per person.

MEET YOUR MENTOR:
Pam Woehrle – PMW Coaching
Pam is a leadership consultant and executive coach and brings over 30 years’ corporate experience to her client engagements. She has served in a variety of global senior leadership roles across multiple industries. Her warm, direct, and insightful leadership style allows for quick cultivation of trust with clients. Pam has personally built teams and advised numerous executives, professionals, and organizations throughout her career, to enhance leadership and team effectiveness, and optimize their capabilities and performance.
Pam started her own executive coaching and consulting business in 2019. Prior to founding PMW Coaching, Pam was Chief Commercial Officer at Getty Images, where she was responsible for global sales revenue and strategic partnerships for the enterprise. Before Getty Images, Pam held a variety of senior sales and general management roles within IBM, where her responsibilities included P&L, business development, transaction management, and relationship management for both software and consulting businesses serving Fortune 500 companies. Pam also has extensive experience integrating newly acquired businesses to ensure their success.
Since 1992, Women in Technology (WIT) has been a formidable force-an engine of change and innovation-that helps women and girls break through barriers and advance opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). WIT works to empower and educate women and girls about opportunities in STEAM by educating middle and high school girls, and young women in college and by sharing the stories of successful professional women in STEAM.
