Position Summary:
The Ware2Go Product Manager will own and execute on the strategies that enhance the capabilities and value of the Ware2Go Digital Platform to its merchant and warehouse operator client base. Join the team responsible for managing the end-to-end life-cycle of our digital logistics platform through road-mapping,
requirements development, build and deployment; and work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Support and Business Development to ensure the successful rollout of new digital solutions and enhancements.

● Understands the needs of our merchant and warehouse operator clients by leading or participating in both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the existing user journeys to identify new opportunities to satisfy and improve
● Is always looking at market trends and industry benchmarks so as to improve his/her subject matter expertise in Logistics, warehouse/order management systems & digital commerce and shares that knowledge across the organization
● Partners with the larger organization to define new digital solutions that ensure we are always competitive and striving to be market leading
● Develops and communicates the product vision and solution roadmap through the definition of features and how they are intended to be implemented over time
● Manages and prioritizes the flow of Agile Team work by ensuring that there are sufficient, ‘ready for development’ features within the backlog at all times
● Ensures that visual design and interaction requirements align with the functional/written requirements (aka epics and user stories)
● Defines releases and product increments to ensure that Agile Teams are driving towards business objectives and value-based outcomes within each release
● Actively participates in Agile Team product demos and determines whether commitments have been satisfied
● Collaborates with Product Marketing, Customer Support and Business Development to ensure that that merchants and warehouse operators are appropriately prepared for new solutions and enhancements to the digital platform
● Measures the impact that new solutions & enhancements have on the digital platform and takes ownership for driving ongoing success

Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience for B2B or B2C e-commerce, ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM
● A clear track record of successfully managing digital products and executing against a roadmap
● High degree of proficiency in Agile software development practices
● Demonstrates competency in the components of Testing Automation and Release Mgmt. – which includes the following processes: change mgmt. processes, build/deploy processes, code mgmt. and training
● Experience with Agile product development tools such as Jira or Rally
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:
● Strong influential and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
● Deep experience in software product development and Agile best practices
● Excellent relationship building skills with internal business stakeholders and technical teams, as well as external/3rd party partners
● Exceptional project management skills in a technical domain along with an ability to successfully juggle multiple initiatives and manage changing priorities
● Ability to lead and manage global, cross-functional teams
● Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail
● Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
● Ability to focus on value-based outcomes and measuring progress on key business indicators
● Ability to be effective at influencing a wide range of groups within an organization
● Enthusiasm, excitement, creativity as well as a willingness to learn, contribute and innovate
