Tyson Foods is hiring for a highly-motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer that will design, build, and support digital process automation while collaborating with a multi-national team. Primary focus is on RPA development, standardization/optimization of digital workers, collaboration with partners internal/external, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Do you have the skills?
Looking for an experienced technologist that has the right “Attitude & Aptitude” to learn and make an impact working on cloud-based platforms such as SaaS, AWS, GCP based solutions with a passion towards intelligent process automation and modern programming languages. Ideal candidate has excellent knowledge on Robotic Process Automation Development (Object Studio, Process Studio, and Control Room) using Blue Prism and proficient in automating web applications, PDF, MS Excel, Mainframe applications, OCR, and Email Automations.

· Experience in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is preferred but not required
· Expert in MS Excel, MS Visio.
· Experience in using ML with RPA is preferred but not required
· Experience in Python is preferred but not required
Requirements:
Location: Springdale, AR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience using agile methodologies and CI/CD.
Communication Skills: Applicant should be able to communicate effectively with internal customers, leadership, and peers.
Supervisory: No
Travel: Minimal travel requirements.
