Tyson Foods is hiring for a highly-motivated Sr Manager of Implementations (NA/Europe) responsible for planning and leading the execution of North America and Europe system integration/separation plans. This position is part of the IT Technology Integrations team. This work is usually (but not always) associated with recent merger, acquisition and divestiture activity. The execution plan will be created in consultation with the IT Technology Integrations Solution Architect and other members of the IT Technology Integrations leadership team. They will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of the mergers, acquisitions and divestitures playbook.  Make suggestions for the modification of the playbook based on most current experience. Additionally, they will plan, organize, and manage an implementation/execution team. This may include the management of resources from other functional groups with no direct control over performance.

 

Do you have the skills?

 

·       Proven experience in IT planning and development, project management, and policy development.

·       Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

·       Demonstrated ability to apply technology in solving business problems.

·       In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.

·       Strong leadership skills.

·       Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

·       Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

·       Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

·       Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Location: Remote

 

Education: University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and 10 years related work experience. Master’s degree in either of these fields or Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred

 

Experience: 10 years’ experience managing and delivering medium and large-scale IT projects.10 years successful leadership of an IT team.

 

Communication Skills: Applicant should be able to communicate effectively with internal customers, leadership, and peers.

 

Supervisory: No

 

Travel: Minimal travel requirements.
