Your opportunity

We’re looking for an Engineering Program Manager to join our Connected Buildings Team in Peachtree City GA.

You’ll be responsible you’ll be responsible for drive the development and implementation of lighting fixtures and connected lighting projects that enable the world of IoT.

What you’ll do

Work with a cross functional team to manage programs from concept to commercial execution
Coordinates closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to document project scope and objectives
Integrate business, marketing and technology elements to create a cohesive project vision and team charter.
Coordinates with core teams to maintain a project plan aligned with the stage gate product development process
Manages project and product definition activities related to marketing and/or technical requirements; Execute programs within scope, time and budget
What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
5+ years of of experience in program management or engineering team management of new mechanical/electrical product development and market introductions
Proficient with project/program management tools such as MS Project and other bug tracking applications
Proven track record of managing new product developments through a stage gate process
Strong leader with excellent communication, organizational and people skills and the ability to work across functional groups
