What We Offer:
As a Pyramid Academy Associate, you don’t just get a job – you also get job-ready training. During your first 5-12 weeks with the Academy, we invest in you by providing intensive technical and soft skill training to help you transition from education to career. After your initial training is complete, you’ll start working on real-world IT projects alongside our clients. This emphasis on training and real experience provides the perfect platform to launch your career in tech.
We offer many different training tracks, each covering a specific blend of technologies and languages:
- Full Stack Development: Java, JavaScript, React, Hibernate, MySQL
- DevOps: Python, Shell, Selenium, Linux, Jenkins, Ansible
- AWS: Linux, Python, AWS with certification; hosted with AWS re/Start
All tracks are early-career for resources with 0-2 years of experience. With more experience, you will be placed in advanced cohorts. Cohorts are starting through the full year.
Program graduates work with our clients directly, gaining hands-on experience with the technologies they just learned. Most clients are Fortune 500 clients that look to hire early career tech talent from Pyramid Academy. Example clients include Accenture, Delta, and Fannie Mae.
What you’ll need:
- Be able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
- Be open to relocation.
- Minimum of high school degree
- Strong communication skills paired with a desire to work
- Drive and commitment to complete the training

COMPENSATION: Annual overall compensation will be in line with industry norms and includes an excellent benefits package. Relocation assistance will be provided based on project locations.
