Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for system simulation tools that are used for every aspect of the ECS product life cycle; from the architecture development at the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Air & Thermal Systems business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

Key Responsibilities

·       ECS performance modeling tools development & maintenance

·       Maintaining modeling tool capability roadmaps aligned to customer needs

·       Documentation creation

·       Project oversight & coordination

·       Budget/schedule responsibility

·       Model based development systems engineering

·       Model creation, validation & verification

·       ECS System Architecture Design & coding

YOU MUST HAVE

·       Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with Computer Science or programming background

·       8+ years of experience

 

WE VALUE

·       Knowledgeable in thermodynamic principles and software (non-certified) coding (system modeling)

·       Programming experience with SQLite / XML / C / C++ languages

·       Experience programming with Microsoft.NET

·       UI / UX development experience

·       Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.

·       Leading diverse and global team

·       Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

·       Ability to adapt dictated by project changes

·       Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
