The Project Manager (Technical Architecture/TechArch) role plays a crucial function in the TechArch activities at Equifax.  These critical programs enable the teams to meet their business and technical goals by ensuring that the TechArch supporting processes are executed efficiently and effectively while constantly optimizing for a better experience. This individual will enable this by daily working to resolve any roadblocks, submitting tickets across departments to enable cross-department coordination and providing key coordination activities to ensure the proper subject matter experts are engaged to provide guidance and advice as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Work with Technology Development teams and their project managers, the Architecture Guild, the Security Architecture team, the various Technology Infrastructure Services teams and the various P&E leads across the departments to execute standardized processes.
  • You will also be a member of the team to optimize and improve those processes using Jira, Confluence and other process tools.
  • Coordinate meetings and various dashboards to identify the process efficiencies and roadblocks.
  • Facilitate large events, including coordination of presentations and speakers
  • Provide timeline, specific feedback to other stakeholders
  • Recognize and managed conflict situations with help from team members to drive to desired outcomes
  • Manage all aspects of a small project of low complexity or phases of a medium/larger project.
  • Prepare and provide timely documentation for project team meetings keeping and project reporting.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or technology field
  • 4 years’ experience in project management or scrum-type facilitation
  • Demonstrate expertise with office technologies, word processing, email, spreadsheets, work tracking (Jira), Communication (Confluence)
