We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is collaborative and passionate about building and/or enhancing  great products and experiences in a highly regulated and matrixed environment. This position will be based in Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA. This role requires strong collaboration with various stakeholders across our organization and as a part of our Global Product Alliance, you will drive overall Market understanding and identify customer needs.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate competitive landscape and utilize understanding of competitors to identify and articulate high-potential opportunities
  • Conduct market validation through review and testing of concepts with existing and prospective customers (voice of customer, customer advisory
  • Lead prioritization of opportunities and assess opportunities for, and own development of, strategic partnerships
  • Define elements required to meet market needs and determine buy, build, partner approach
  • Evaluate solution for commercial viability; Facilitate development of commercial model and packaging discussions
  • Understand Product Vision: Support development of business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream
  • Monitor product adoption and use, and the performance of the product including attainment of revenue and margin objectives
  • Manage product offerings to ensure new capabilities meet customer/market needs

What experience you need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technology product manager
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with technology teams throughout the product life cycle
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

What could set you apart

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a FinTech environment
  • Minimum of 1 or more of the following certifications: CSPO, PMI-ACP, CPM
  • Understanding of microservices, APIs, and GCP cloud services
  • Experience using BI tools and other analytical tools
  • Experience in building wireframes and prototypes of product features
  • Familiarity with the credit industry, and credit scoring and attribution
