As BCG continues on its digital transformation journey, the Digital Operating Model and Performance Management team leads initiatives to achieve strategic goals with speed and agility while driving business value and customer satisfaction. This team acts across BCG’s Digital Products teams and Worldwide IT organization to continue to mature the Agile and IT operating models and deliver more integrated, consistent, and aligned solutions.

The Digital Operating Model and Performance Management Senior Manager is a value focused leader that brings deep expertise overseeing transformation initiatives improving the organization and enacting change. You will collaborate with Agile Coaches, HR and Finance business partners, tech, and Digital Product leadership to improve the operating model to improve speed, productivity, quality, customer centricity and efficiency. You will work as a member of the overall IT Strategy & Transformation team to continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition for the Digital Products Organization.

In this role, you will:Lead agile transformation initiatives and optimize business operating structures in collaboration with Digital Product & COE leaders, coaches, and functional areas aligned to Agile design principles and guardrails.
Manage IT and Agile portfolio improvements related to strategic planning, cross-team delivery acceleration, prioritization, and dependency management
Drive portfolio level change efforts to continuously improve all aspects of the Digital operating model by:Being an agent of change across the Digital Products and IT organizations
Executing day-to-day operations and support sprint ceremonies as appropriate including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and backlog refinement
Working with functional business partners, shared services, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of value for Digital Product initiatives, removing impediments as needed
Define and facilitate performance measurement and monitoring of Agile and IT KPIs/OKRs to provide transparency to health and benefits
Partner with Agile Coaches on the transition of product teams into the Digital Products organization, from ideation through implementation
Manage cross-IT and cross-Agile initiatives to streamline adoption and embed new ways of working & mindset within the organizationDriving progress and promoting a culture of transparency and empowerment
Helping to anticipate and resolve potential blockers for the organization, facilitating escalation to leadership when needed
Providing input to key communications and supporting adoption of Agile culture
Activating targeted action across Agile community to respond to feedback and enable the organization

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Total 8+ years’ relevant experience, including a proven track record in a management position, working with cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact
Deep understanding of cutting-edge scaled agile and product based organizations, with specific focus on transforming operating models and enabling organizational change
Proven track record of leading through influence, building long-term relationships and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities, and objectives
Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience enabling change and influencing others
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ways of working, understanding and applying Agile mindset and the ability to engage in ceremonies to provide teams necessary direction and guidance
Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within in rapidly changing environment
Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
Experience working in collaboration with technical and functional areas
Experience in consulting or with other professional services organization is a plus

YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Digital Operating Model and Performance Management Senior Manager, you will closely collaborate with senior leaders in the organization and other members of the CoE, including:Digital Operating Model and Performance Management Leadership, and other senior stakeholders to continuously improve the Digital operating model
HR, Learning & Development, and Recruiting teams to partner on talent agenda initiatives across functional (HR, Finance, etc.) business partners who support and enable their individual Agile teams. This partnership will help enable the changes and continuous improvements needed to unlock the benefits of the Digital Product organization.
Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, who will support adoption of operating model improvements into our agile ways of working and partner with you on change initiatives
Agile Leaders, such as Digital Product Leads and Product Owners to support and guide resources and ensure a positive collaboration
