WIT’s commitment to providing targeted programs for every stage—from sparking initial interest to supporting senior leadership— directly aligns with my belief in fostering growth and inclusion in STEM fields.

Recently, I watched WIT Girls participants prepare for and compete in DataFest. Their dedication was inspiring, as they committed weekends to learning data analysis and analyzing a complex dataset. What stood out was not only their professional presentation skills and unique insights but also their incredible success: they were the only high school teams participating, and two WIT Girls teams impressively made it to the finals! Their performance was a powerful motivator, inspiring me to want to keep learning and growing in data science! Not to mention, they had so much fun!!
