PARKING:

RIDESHARE:

For easiest drop-off and pick-up, please use the main entrance by valet parking. 

WIT will have a volunteer at the rideshare drop off location to assist with directions to the event if needed. 

VALET PARKING:

Valet is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will be limited to the first 30 vehicles to arrive and will cost $20

PARKING GARAGE:

A parking garage will be available for the first 300 vehicles for a cost of $8. There will be a pre-paid parking desk near the elevators where customers can pay for parking.

There will be a WIT volunteer with signage to direct all guests from the parking lot to the venue.

OVERFLOW PARKING:

All other guests will be directed to the overflow parking at the end of the venue for a cost of $8. Hotel shuttles will transport guests to and from the overflow parking every 5 minutes. Guests may pay for parking upon exiting the lot. WIT volunteers will be placed throughout all parking areas and on the shuttles to guide you to the event.
