WIT is taking extra precautions to ensure that we continue to keep the health and safety of our community and ourselves as a priority. The following are safety measures that will be in place to be allowed entry into the WIT Awards event.
Provide a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card (NOTE: Acceptable proof of vaccination may be: a physical copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card, a digital copy of such card, or a photo of your card)
OR
Provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event (NOTE: Tests must be PCR and cannot be home testing kits. Test results must be dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry and the name on the test must match your photo ID)
* Please note that you are not fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after your last shot. If you are not fully vaccinated by the event date, you will need to provide the negative COVID-19 test results.
We encourage all to wear masks (will not be required).
WIT has implemented the CLEAR Health Pass platform which enables you to upload this required information in advance of the event.
If you do not chose to use the CLEAR Health Pass platform, please be prepared to show your vaccination card or negative COVID test (physical or digital), with a matching valid ID.
Located 1.5 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CLEAR Health Pass is a free feature in the CLEAR app that provides a safe and easy way to complete health screenings. After a quick one-time enrollment, you’ll follow instructions to comply with health requirements for the event which include uploading a proof of vaccination or linking a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event.
Enroll and complete your Health pass before arriving at the event:
Download the free CLEAR app and select Create Your Health Pass.
Enter the Health Pass Event Code: EFATTENDEE14
If you are an existing CLEAR member, log in to your account with the email associated with your CLEAR membership. New members will be guided through enrollment steps.
Complete your Entry Requirements by following the steps to add your vaccination record or linking to your current negative COVID test results.
Please note that sync times vary by provider, if your negative test has not been validated in CLEAR Health Pass prior to the event start time, please bring a hard copy or digital copy along with your government issued ID to the event. Follow signs to Health Pass Screening for manual validation.
Before arrival to the event, open the Health Pass app and follow the steps to authenticate. Keep the app open and be ready to show your QR code to the WIT team.
WIT will scan the QR code in order to allow entrance into the event.
Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event.
If you receive a positive test result, please email WITevents@mywit.org to discuss next steps for cancelling your registration.

If you plan to wear a thin heel to the event, we recommend ordering heel covers to protect your shoes from sinking into the turf field at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Heel covers, or heel protectors, can be purchased from Amazon and other shoe retailers. WIT will have a limited supply available at the event, but we encourage you to purchase yours in advance!
